Return window

Eligible products can be requested for return within 7 days after receipt. Items should be unused, complete and in original packaging.

Return process

Open the order, select the product, enter the reason, upload clear proof if required and wait for seller or platform confirmation.

Refund handling

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method or account balance after the returned product is checked.

Non-returnable items

Customized goods, opened hygiene-sensitive goods, digital goods, user-damaged goods and final-sale items may not support returns.

Return support

For wrong, damaged, missing or mismatched goods, keep the order number and photos and contact KOVOVO support.

Fair review

KOVOVO may review buyer and seller evidence to keep return handling fair and prevent abuse.
