KOVOVO provides product browsing, account access, seller applications, order payment, customer service and account management tools.

Users must provide accurate information, keep sign-in credentials secure and contact the platform quickly when abnormal activity is found.

Before confirming an order, review product price, stock, wholesale price, profit information, delivery method and applicable taxes.

Fraudulent data, spam, unauthorized scraping, payment abuse and actions that damage the marketplace are prohibited.

Sellers must keep product information truthful, process buyer messages, maintain fulfilment quality and follow platform review requirements.

KOVOVO may update policies to improve safety, compliance and service quality. Continued use means accepting the latest version.
